APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULES, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY *

We value your time and respectfully ask that the same consideration is extended to our practitioners. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a high level of personalised care.

We understand that life happens and schedules may change. To help us support all clients fairly and maintain clinic availability, the following policy applies:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty

    Appointments may be rescheduled with appropriate notice, with a maximum of two reschedules permitted per booking.

    All deposits and payments are non-refundable once your appointment is confirmed.

    Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made by phone, SMS or email only, and we DO NOT accept cancellations via social media or messaging platforms If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail, which will be accepted as valid notice

  • More than 24 hours’ notice:

    No fee applies

    Less than 24 hours’ notice / same-day cancellations:

    50% of the scheduled session fee will be charged

    Changes made within 12 hours of your appointment:

    100% of the session fee will be charged

    Missed appointments / No-shows:

    100% of the session fee will be charged

    Missed or late-cancelled appointments limit our ability to offer that time to other clients who may be waiting. We appreciate your understanding.

  • If a session cannot proceed on the day, the full session fee remains payable. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Painful or inflamed haemorrhoids

    • Inability to comfortably insert the speculum

    • Client discomfort, nervousness, or withdrawal of consent

  • Synergy Gut Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client:

    • Arrives more than 15 minutes late

    • Displays disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour

  • We understand that genuine emergencies can arise. In such cases, fees may be waived at the discretion of Synergy Gut Care. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
