Initial Consultation Overview

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive deep dive into your health story. We take the time to understand your full medical history, current symptoms, medications, lifestyle, recent pathology results, anthropometric measures (such as weight and blood pressure), dietary patterns, and supplement use.

Prior to your appointment, you will complete key assessments: including a detailed intake form, food and symptom diary, transit time test, and iris, tongue and nail analysis - allowing us to begin identifying patterns in your digestive and nutritional health.

During the consultation, we integrate clinical findings with your lived experience to uncover potential root causes. We then outline a personalised treatment pathway and discuss any further functional testing that may be indicated.

Within 72 hours, you will receive a tailored 2–3 month digestive health plan, including targeted nutrition guidance, practitioner-grade supplementation (if required), lifestyle strategies, and further testing recommendations where appropriate.

This is more than an appointment - it is the beginning of a structured, evidence-based partnership designed to support lasting, sustainable change.

Your first follow-up appointment is typically scheduled 4–6 weeks after your initial consultation.

This session is dedicated to reviewing your progress, discussing any test results received, addressing any challenges or questions, and refining your personalised protocol as needed.

We will reassess your supplementation plan, adjust dosages where appropriate, and renew any existing prescriptions if required. Your plan continues to be guided by your functional testing results, current symptoms, and evolving health goals.

This structured review ensures your nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies remain targeted, effective, and aligned with addressing the root cause of your symptoms.

Follow-Up Consultation

This appointment allows us to extend your current treatment protocol or introduce additional goals and interventions as your health evolves.

As a minimum, we recommend at least one follow-up within a two-month period for most clients. More complex cases may require two or more appointments to ensure appropriate monitoring and support.

You are also welcome to schedule a follow-up at any time to review progress, renew prescriptions, organise testing referrals, or adjust your plan as needed.
